EU Funding Explained: Recovery and Resilience Facility

EASE organised the second event of its members-only webinar series aimed at helping EASE members navigating the complex world of EU funding!

In this webinar we’ll be covering the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility, which consists of €672.5 billion in loans and grants to support reforms and investments undertaken by Member States to aid the COVID-19 recovery. 37% of this – roughly €250 billion – should be spent on climate investment and reforms. What does this mean for storage?

We’ll cover the overall programme and funding amounts, EU Member States’ recovery plans, and highlight which Member States have set aside the most funding for energy storage projects.
